The European Personnel Recovery Centre (EPRC) participated in Working Session 2 of the Joint Personnel Recovery – Cooperation and Integration (JPR-C&I) project, part of the Multinational Capability Development Campaign (MCDC), held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 3 to 6 November 2025.
The session brought together representatives from several nations and organizations to further develop a coherent and integrated approach to Personnel Recovery (PR) within multinational operations.
Discussions focused on refining the conceptual framework, exchanging national experiences, and presenting best practices from participating countries to strengthen coordination, interoperability, and overall mission effectiveness.
For the EPRC, taking part in such initiatives is of great importance. Recognized as an authoritative centre of expertise in the field of Personnel Recovery, the EPRC provides specialized expertise and highly qualified personnel to support the continuous advancement of multinational PR capabilities. Its active involvement in projects like JPR-C&I reinforces cooperation among partner nations and contributes to improving collective readiness and operational success in complex scenarios.
